Open the listing and check three things in order: is repricing enabled on that listing, is a manual price pinned, and are the minimum and maximum prices what you expect. Most surprises come from a strategy's profit targets producing wider rails than intended.
ArgoDeck deliberately holds a listing when it has no cost recorded, when it has no strategy assigned, when stock is inbound rather than available, or when a manual price is pinned. The listing view shows which of these applies.
Profit is only as good as your cost data. Check the cost on the SKUs involved first. Costs imported from another tool are sometimes averaged across batches rather than being the true per-unit figure.
